David T. Leo |
David Leo is a Director and the President and CEO of Western Mutual Insurance Company and a Director and the President of WMI TPA, Inc. He has worked in the health insurance industry since 1989. He served as the President of the Utah Health Insurance Association in 1999-2000 and in 2009-2010. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Utah Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association since 2007. Mr. Leo is licensed to practice law in Utah and Colorado and is a graduate of the University of Utah where he received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Utah College of Law, a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish.

Nancy J. Comins |
Nancy Comins is the Chief Financial Officer of WMI TPA. She has worked in the health insurance industry since 1980 and is a past Secretary/Treasurer of the Utah Chapter of the Insurance Accounting and Systems Association. She is a graduate of the University of Utah where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
